• How long are your contracts?

  All Fygaro plans are paid on a monthly basis.

• Can I change my plan?

  Yes. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or continue with the same features until your next billing cycle.

• How do I accept payments with Fygaro?

  Fygaro integrates with PayPal and most local banks to accept credit and debit card payments directly to your bank account. Sign up for an account with your Bank or PayPal in minutes and start accepting payments immediately.

• Can I use a local payment provider?

  Yes, Fygaro has partnerships with local banks and payment services around the region. Contact us to explore your local options.

• Are there any transaction fees?

  Fygaro does not charge transactions fees. Depending on the gateway provider you choose there may be a per transaction fee. Contact us to explore all the options.

• Do I need a web developer?

  No. Fygaro is easy to use for everyone. If you need help getting started, check out our support portal or contact our Customer Success team.
